- Users must return goods in proper condition and within 14 days from the cancellation notice.  
- If users opt for other forms of return shipment, they will be responsible for the respective postage costs.  
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and depend on the payment method.  
- Only one exchange per order is accepted.
